Tuesday, February 24, 2015 Big ears is back with all his gang. Although it has the same exact texture that you would mainly see in the old 1960's shorts, it's not. This is a whole new cartoon, new voice actors......new everything. Like I said you get a chance to relive the old days you came to know and love but in a whole new way.  

A man and a woman grieve their neighbors murder. The man thinks the neighbor died because it generally was her time, but the woman suspects something is afoot and talks to her best friend about searching evidence concluding to murder. 5 out of 10.  

   For Season 3 our friendly neighborhood wall crawler will be teaming up with every version of himself I the parallel universe. A black and white version, a venomized version, the scarlet spider his clone flash Thompson his symbiotic partner Tobias Cho the iron spider a spider man from long after peter is dead a pig and a spider......girl?. Basically they are trying to make our comic books become life like.

   No matter what century it is they still come up with the same ol story, about a pair of disgruntled roommates that no matter what the circumstance.....can NOT get along. This time enter Matthew Perry from Friend's fame and Thomas Lennon Author writer,producer and Director and Actor on Comedy Central's Reno 911. Nice match this time........NOT!

This time around Barbie stars as a girl named Kara. One day, after being kissed by a magical butterfly, Kara soon discovers she has amazing super powers allowing her to transform into Super Sparkle, her secret, crime-fighting alter ego who flies around the kingdom ready to save the day! But it's not long before her jealous cousin catches the butterfly and also transforms - this time into Dark Sparkle, her nemesis. And for all the girls who want to pretend to be Kara in real life, if you get the movie now on High Definition. You will also get a mask, just like the one Kara's alter ego wears to conceal her true identity....... but if you wish to wait, the DVD version comes out March 3rd my guessing mask also included. This is the sequel to the 2012 horror movie The Woman in Black with Dan Radcliffe. The first one had her doing a generous favor for a widowed father, but if your looking for any kind of generosity in this one, good luck trying to find any. One thing you will find though is a bunch of flaws. Several twists and turns that will leave you going uh.......what?  6 out of 10.

It also happens to be a musical in the style of Monty Python, fun for just grown-ups though because the humor is only for adults sometimes. Think of Robin Hood: Men In Tights.

Well for Kaz and Oliver it's basically just another day at the office. Bradley Steven Perry from Good Luck Charlie and Jake Short from A.N.T. farm play 2 teens that happen to be hand picked to run a hospital for people with super powers because it so happens they are relatives of superheroes. This is a very funny show especially if people have a phobia of the real thing.  

Friday, January 9, 2015   Another segment to the story of how the scorpion king became king. This one has a flaw it looks like it takes place not in Egypt but just your everyday forests etc. But it does barrow things from different movies such as Indiana jones switching treasures and the rock's scorpion king going in drag. Overall it's a good movie but it still deserves a 6 out of 10.  

Sunday, January 11, 2015      We have seen Liar, Liar with Jim Carrey, but what happens when your lies become truth! Tyrrel Jackson Williams from Lab Rats joins Bradley Steven Perry in this hilarious movie about a kid who lies so much the lie becomes real.

  This 2015 a whole new chapter in the Lab Rats saga will take over.  In the very last episode of 2014 a maniacal scientist known only as Victor Crane lost to the Davenport family and in the end he quoted "Don't worry the bionic brothers and sisters will take care of everything for us". And on January 26 it will come to pass, and the bionic war for the entire earth will begin! 

   I'm not saying this is the ONLY place for BBQ. But if you want the taste of good old fashioned BBQ the way it was made the day it hit the rack in Louisiana. This is the place, all the spice and sauces enough to kick you in the mouth and say WAKE UP! and all that rhythm blues and jazz from the era from which it was born. Enough to make this place one of the favorites on your list for BBQ places. There is a reason why they call it "Famous Dave's".  

    Always keep your eye on the spy This is a in betweener series that pegs the question after Captain America what happened to the agent known as Peggy Carter? Tomorrow you will be able to find out. Turns out there was a lot to Peggy that we never knew. 1. She isn't your regular damsel in distress and 2. She knows how to kick butt just like the best of them.

Tuesday, January 13, 2015 A lot of people know about this " rare" bear from movies and his numerous book adventures. The bear just wants marmalade but then comes a girl named Abigail (Nichole Kidman) who wants to make his life horrible 7 out of 10.  

  Bog King : You fight well! Marianne : I wish I could say the same about you! Bog King : What do you mean? Marianne : I don't know, I was expecting... more. Bog King : What? This is a musical comedy based on the works of Shakespeare's A midsummer night's dream. I've seen the live action go at this with Michelle Pfeiffer. I'd say kids would like this one much better because it's more tuned into their audience, where the live action is more tuned to teens and adults. Not saying you can't take your kids to see this to get them started on William's works. P.S. Once again this is another of George Lucas's lies as a way to get more money,  " Eh I quit doing movies no movie of mine will ever be released into the theater........ I'm back! I'm gone I'm back, I'm gone I'm back etc. 8 out of 10.

   Both Bella Thorne and Zendaya are back in this new humorous outlook on the life of a group of spies, that also happen to be a family   for anybody who has ever seen the 2 shows think of it as a mixture between Lab Rats and Shake It Up.

Tuesday, January 20, 2015      This is SpongeBob's second movie and his second outing into a real beach. Anybody who likes SpongeBob will like this one but for me it didn't really much do anything. There were some funny parts but the most annoying thing was in the soundtrack, they had Welcome to the Jungle by Guns n' Roses from things like Dirty Harry and The Dead Pool and the first SpongeBob movie. But if they wanted to make it better for kids they possibly could have left that out. 5 out of 10  

This is a movie for children that like a little bit of action, plus learning as you go. The plot is like it says the world as we know it has lost all education and four kids have to buckle down and find out what caused such a problem to begin with. 9 out of 10, a good learning experience in what to do incase the learning system is all but lost. 

Wednesday, January 21, 2015 Dad: Push the red button! Son: You mean THAT red button? Dad: What button do you think I mean, everybody knows in every Sci-Fi movie you push the red button! The car blasts into hyper-drive mode. Laura Marano from Austin&Ally stars in another Disney movie, this time about a girl trying to get to her school's annual prom but there being one problem. She woke up wither hair going separate directions and it won't stay combed no matter what.  

This movie is a suspense but If anybody has seen things like The Crush, or any other movies that would have the same likeness. It's the same thing, boy loves girl, girl realizes she needs to get on with her life, boy gets violent etc. Another example of movie directors not visualizing new things. But if you like that kind of suspense, don't say I didn't warn you. 1 out of 10  

Thursday, January 22, 2015 mortdecai This was a well paced movie at first, that is until the jokes started repeating themselves. So much to the point in this movie that it got old fast. This is Depp's second funny movie try ever since Tim burton led him into a depression  and downward spiral doing characters that where insanely mad and the role once again didn't do Johnny Depp's career any justice. They had Jeff goldblum in a role in the movie but not for very long. 3 out of 10.  

     Imagine a prince and princess going on missions where every time the prince has to save the princess. Most of the time being the damsel in distress, People who love old arcade RP games or action games will like this one 

Saturday, January 24, 2015 Penn: Mission accomp- oh c'mon! Think of a superhero that can turn into anybody or for that matter anything. Then you have Penn Zero, for those who like Cartoon Network think Ben 10 back to his childhood but no OmniTrix.  

    Wait.....rewind that back. That's me I was there with you!  What would you say if you could go back and relive certain events in your life over again? Five children are going to have that very experience, but they always say it is wise not to change the past for if one does it could alter the future. Some people never learn. 7 out of 10, good action but how many time movies do we have to have here?

Monday, December 22, 2014 Well folks, there are 2 things for this movie ( That is if it ever graces you're theaters.) 1. It's horror movie, so it has all the aspects of what you would come to expect from a horror movie and 2nd. This is not your kiddy movie so I'd strongly recommend hiring a babysitter before you go. It was supposed to come out on the 5th of December but they pushed it back. With good reason it messed up almost about everything Egyptologists know about Ancient Egypt and along with that at one point they tried to connect Egyptians with Mayans!  This sorely gets a 3 out of 10. They say the movie tagline is the curse is real, not far from the truth.If you wish to know the whole story go to Youtube and a subscriber on there named Mr. creepypasta will have all the pyramid chapters.  

Wednesday, December 31, 2014 Larry Daley : These guys depend on me.    In memory of Robin Williams                                                                                      (July 21, 1951 – August 11, 2014)                                                                                         The man who kept the magic alive and brought the clown back in comedy.  This movie takes our night watchman Larry Daley to the British Museum. He needs to fix the Tablet that brought his exhibit friends to life before time runs out.  New and old friends join him along his challenging path, Ben Stiller plays not 1 but 2 roles in this one along with his main role he plays another Neanderthal called Laaa. I give this a 9 out of 10, Crystal the monkey our loveable simian actress is back as the goofy monkey Dexter..... I can see goofing around ok, but some of the things she was told to do in this one really didn't need to be done. This end

 Questions to ponder, what will life be like when we have no more oxygen on planet earth so we are forced to move to planets outside our known solar system? Will we make new friends? Will the races or climate there take a liking to us? This movie answers just that. This is definitely an Oscar winning movie for Matthew McCaughey besides him it has some very familiar actors with roes and cameos. I give this a 9 out of 10 some parts are sketchy some are belivable but all in all it was a good movie. 

Saturday, November 22, 2014 The book of life follows a tale of 2 brothers voiced by Diego Luna and  Channing Tatum who madly fall in love with a girl named Maria voiced by Zoe Saldana on the day of the dead festival. and to give it a little flair Ron Perlman voices you guessed it the devil while J-lo voices a security guard with something very mysterious up her sleeve. I give this a 10 out of 10 fun for the whole family. You don't have to be Spanish to enjoy this one.  

   The box trolls is a movie that asks people do we really have to be afraid of what we don't know and also just because somebody says something does that make it right? The trolls come out at night and clean up the streets clutter when others are asleep and when someone spooks them they hide just like anybody. 9 out of 10

Thursday, October 9, 2014     I LIKE YOUR DOLLS- Annabelle Hutchins Once again James Wan and John Leonetti try to make a horror backstory out of their smash hit The Conjuring, and it falls increasingly flat. They had an idea to make a film about the warrens journey before our satanic doll but that went dead on the floor. this sadly gets a depressing 4 out of 10 the reason you'll go in thinking what a cool film but you'll come out with a lot of what if's and how come's that even your friends can't answer.  

   This was a hard hitting concert which collaborated instrumental guitar with old time rock. They did this concert most of all to promote ZZ Top's new cd in over years called La Futura. They may be growing old but the music we know and love will never change, 7 out of possible 10. They could have done more it was pretty short for a concert but Jeff Beck showed that even after all these year his six strings still rock.

Wednesday, September 24, 2014   I've heard this band's music, but in all my life I have never seen them actually play live before. Now I got my chance, we were supposed to go see them up in Washington D.C. But that show got cancelled but what I did see of them I'll never forget. 10 out of 10
